Yes, of course. I've manages to beat certain tough characters like Japanese God Adel, Master Geese, but Neo Orochi Chris still hard to beat, he is even harder than God Orochi. I haven't made that dodge system after all, I have a feeling it will come in handy.

I've beat my own Joutenchi as well even got perfect, but I lost my luck so I couldn't seem to beat him again.

Joutenchi need to be balanced again so I could really treat him like a boss character.

I can beat Joutenchi too, with regular characters. I think he's already balanced, and a good challenge. You'll only have to change those Mizuchi snowflakes projectiles (since they're annoying, and all other God Orochi edits have them as well) and replace them with Orochi's Black projectiles (which will make Joutenchi even more unique, in some ways).

really?! I think he somehow fights like God Orochi, only a bit stronger and faster. I can beat Joutenchi with Angel, Orochi Chris, Shermie, Iori, Goenitz, K9999, and Shen Woo, as well as many others. I might post a video of me fighting him with one of the characters mentioned above :)
