I think our friend the codemaster is talking about vanity. VK is dancing in front of a video audience; enjoying herself but clearly fully aware she is being videotaped. Perhaps the codemaster is arguing that dancing solely to impress an audience is distasteful and dancing is only for personal enjoyment.  I must confess that i myself believe dancing is a form of artistic expression, such as music or visual graphics. I enjoy VKs style of dancing and am inspired by how freely she lets herself go.
