ههههههههههههه الباين بالهون , اولا الدقيق ما طبش , ثانيا الدقيق ينحط علي الميه وهيا تطبخ , ثالثا بعد الانتهاء من التعصيد اول مره يتم ترجيع الطنجره علي الغاز ويضاف قليل من الماء لكي يطيب الدقيق وعاود الخطوه امتاعت التعصيد , وبعد ما تتم التعصيد المره الثانيه حطه علي النار لمده دقيقه وبعدها حطها في الصونيه او الصحن وحط عليها الزبد و الرب او العسل او السكر وبالف صحه
