I didn't go TOO crazy, but I definitely felt good and was thinking of you all. I had to

be realistic with my drinking 'cause I was the chef!! ...and I have to say, I think it was my best turkey EVER! Brining is the ONLY way to go! Hope all of you had a fan-fuckin-tastic Thanksgiving! ...with lots of good food, family/friends, and "high spirits"!!!
