So when I incorporate this into my conditioning, how long should I do it for, distance, time etc. I know it's depending on what I can endure but, what do you do it for?
@osOsito9994 yup, you can vary all those things depending on whether you want to warm up or get a decent work out, and the more you do it, it eventually turns into a mostly endurance and coordination based training method.
lol my clasmate can go on all fours at apeeds...dunno if he still can do that ...he then bounded (lke tac just w/ all 4) on wall to go past around me.....lol no joke :P
@AznGunGrave: go buy some latex stretch bands. They are great for progression stretching, in case you can't reach the toes quite yet but want to work up to them quickly. I assume that is what you were asking.
@AznGunGrave Cardio, and what weresbicki said is a good idea, just be sure to be warm whenever you are stretching, stretching just takes time and doing it, Same with the cardio push yourself hard with running, quadrupedal and watch what you eat! Processed foods, high carbs and sugars you want to stay away from them.
Great stuff Jereme, it was really helpful for me. Keep making these great videos. I recently started doing quadrupedal movement to. As it warms and loosens up all your muscles as well as strength building.

I predominantly use it to warm up, every once in a while I will do it in a conditioning aspect.

I've done this for over 35 years. I ran 100 yards in 25 seconds on all fours. But you should wear some sort of gloves.

Do you know any simple workouts on how to lose a gut? And how to stretch to touch your toes quickly?

I like the titling on this one, and the gravel on the ground like you don't care at all man, so tough!
I also think I've going to put a cowboy walk at the beginning of each of my videos now. It'll be the cool traceur thing to do...
