Well obviously the vast majority of songs are going to be easy FCs. The only problem for me is time; I just don't have enough. Plus I only just recently started caring about and keeping track of my scores and FCs. Since I've had the game, I'm sure I've FC'd most on-disc songs. I just haven't had the initiative to make records.

Plus when I go for an FC, I try to go for optimal. I end up restarting mid song a few times if I miss a backend or frontend, even if I don't miss a note

why? FCs are easy...these runs I put up are usually my 1st, 2nd or third run. But...some are much longer than that...some just need time...I just need to wait for it. Thats how my body works.
