Hey Dan, did you notice the dates on the Hammerjacks and Bayou stickers? 8/9/89 and 8/11/89! That was one helluva week! The two biggest clubs 2 days apart. Remember how you couldn't load in at the Bayou because of union rules so you had to let their goons do it?
Yeah..that must have been a busy week for us for sure. I don't remember the loading in problems there, and that must have been before I was light tech. for you. Because JD and I use to help load in other bands to make extra money there at the Bayou....we loaded in the Stray Cats, Vixen, and Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads)...and a few others I can't remember right now.. :)
I must be showing my age again. They used to have a union contract at the Bayou which stated that all loading(in and out) from the hall had to be done by union employees. They must have de-unionized before you started working for us.
Again a great job, Rick! In my opinion this is the best one yet. And I agree with Dave, Eric is an amazing singer. He kinda sounds like Lou Gramm to me :-)
Thanks Myche. It really was a blast but it also had it's down moments too! I was the manager of the band and I don't think I have to explain the rock and roll lifestyle!
He plays a lot with a bunch of different people which would probably mean he would be open to another project but you would have to ask him. I'll send you a web address. He's on Myspace and Facebook.
Did you hear the flubs at the beginning on the drums? We were using triggers to get a really clean, fat sound from my Roland DDD1 drum machine and the machine hicupped from a setting being slightly off. Technology! Can't live with it, can't live without it!
Amazing song. Very good job man !!!!

I was singing in a cover band and now play with a friend and we make acoustics shows. (Sorry, but my english is very bad....)

Pretty good man! You always look like you were truly loving being in a band. Your logo reminds me of Prisms.

This is is the best thing I have heard from you.

Eric was one hell of a singer... Is he available ?
I loved the way he pitched bent that bass note in the end.
