Why can you hear air moving across the mic that doesn't cut in and out like it would if this were pieces of a speech spliced together? There's no possible way you would hear continuous air moving across the mic, each time you cut the sound of the air would also cut in and out. It sounds to me more like someone set up a soundboard and just randomly kept hitting them with a mic near their computer. Listen close, you can hear the constant sound of air across the mic for the entire video.
