No, "legendie123456789abz" he was a DECEPTICON.(supposedly a "bad guy") Still, he did'nt SEEM like it. He was VERY smart, and VERY deadly, yet he seemed to still be decent, in other areas of his personality. He just did'nt seem to be as ruthless, or uncaring, as "Megatron" seemed to be.

I have to ask: why does everyone compare Armada Starscream to Dinobot? What do they have in common? I'm not a long time fan of Transformers. I only just jumped on the bandwagon when the movie came out last year.

You obviously did not watch beastwars. Both of them do not back down from a fight, they both sacrificed their lives for the greater good. Dinobot made sure that the human race was still around to help the G1 autobots when they woke up and he also helped the maximals to finally defeat megatron by leaking vital info to them. You can say that they are both honorable warriors.
