  • A Plus kills it!!!!

  • @hiphophockey I've gone thru years trying to convinvince my friends that the best verse is Opio. They say its' Tajai, but i have always felt that out of a great lyrical song. It was Opio. A-Plus set it up 4 Opio! and now you say A-plus! I switched them over to the truth, maybe you will do the same. This just shows that this is is a great 'lyrical' song that cannot be 'messed' with. 'Eruptions, eruptions when i'm thrrustin'...........

  • @pozeatm I hear ya but I just can't get enough of that opening verse. IMO this was A Plus`s best verse on the album and easily the best on this track. That`s cool though...Different strokes for different folks! haha One thing for sure...we haven`t seen a rap group with this much diversity in a long, long time!

  • @hiphophockey Oooh, A-plus did kill it though!

  • When this poppin i had a super soaker, snes, genesis, nes and was hangin at the corner store trying to battle in sfII anybody remember the days when you still had to be outside to be around people? cause back when this poppin i never thought the day would come when people would become detached from society.

  • Man I wish me and my brother could switch ages he was in his teen's at this age, I was just a baby clueless, and he still slept on this shit!!!! makes me mad >=( Now i have to deal with people who don't know the half about music smh.........i was born in the wrong decade!!! But a I once was lost but now I'm found! ;P

  • what a plus did to this track is just unfair

  • how can anyone over the age of AT LEAST 12 even WANT to listen to Lil Wayne or 50 Cent after hearing this?

I'm 16 and chill with a lot of people from my town, the vast majority (sophomores, juniors, and seniors) listen to shit like this every once and while yet still listen to 50 cent mac miller shit more often than this.. HOW? I'll be with 10 people and be the only one thinking, "why the fuck are we listening to nicki minaj right now?" this IS better, it's as clear as the sky's blue.

  • @tommunist10 No one cares how old you are. Your age dosen't determine your listening habits. Stop whining how nobody listens to the same shit you listen to.

  • @musiclover01ization damn, you gotta get laid or something, gettin all pissed at someone because they hate that their friends listen to bad music haha i mean i don't know why that'd piss you off weirdo

  • @tommunist10 It pissed me off because your comment is no different from the hundred other kids who complain about todays music.

  • @musiclover01ization Na, my comment is focused on how my friends have heard this and have heard the better forms of lyrical and musical knowledge presented by artists like Souls or Typical Cats or Binary Star and yet still choose to listen to their shitty shit. Shit that sounds worse, has worse flows, rhymes, lyrics, etc. It wasn't just another comment stating that kids listen to bad music, I've been aware of that for about 5 years now, that's common knowledge.

  • i dont understand the one dislike

if you dont like rap how do you even find out about these guys?

if you DO like rap, how the fuck do you not like these guys?

  • 'the skinz i i cross get tossed like a frisbee' ...dammmmm

  • This Bassline was the one of the illlest on the album LOVED IT played it over and over and over, the dopest!

  • love this track!

  • 1 person is obviosly weird in the head

  • in 93 i always said how sick it was how they flipped that Ramsey bassline sample, and its damn near 20years later and i stil find that shit dope ass fuck

  • i just cant get over the delivery by A-plus at the beginning...real hiphop

  • born three years after this came out but in my mom and pops i know i musta been vibin to the Dopeness of this

  • Comment removed

  • oh man it still shits on all this new happy meal rap clap trap!

  • ...Tajai tore this shit up.

  • I wasn't even born when this song came out lol :)

  • some one told me they dont like real hip hop because its...."TOO LYRICAL" " i dont wanna have to think listening to my music" i smacked the shit outa that wack ass mother fucker

  • @Tmathh should have buried him....

  • @Tmathh LOL why can I envision what that scene would look like in the movie Next Friday when Deebo knocked out Red then Smokey says You got knocked the fuck out! LMAO hahaha

  • @niaZomba hahaha thats pretty much how it went down dood

  • @Tmathh Thank you! LOL

  • @Tmathh Lol, too lyrical. Kids these days just want something to dance to, not something that actually has thought and soul put into it.

  • @DillonHardwick for real its sad really...

  • @Tmathh Lmao wellllllllll deserved. Smh.

  • @Tmathh Well done bro

  • @Tmathh i fucks with u

  • @Tmathh And you did the world a favor! +1

  • Sickest flow. Toe to toe with Odd, Souls of Mischief would smoke them. HAHAHA

  • @borlebrayden Two different styles,bro. Thumbs down.

  • I saw these guys at Rock The Bells...so inspiring!

  • i was only 1 years old when this came out but im nodding my head to this now this is real hiphop

  • lil wayne made an account to dislike this

  • @Artvatar Actually, he made two;p

  • They sampled Gangstarr!

  • IMAGINE.. this is from 1993..!!

  • I love this stuff..

  • Respect to the Souls of Mischeif my favorite rap group and the most unappreciated rap group of all time I hope in the future people will see how much this is the most realest and truest rap out there fuck Lil wayne

  • this album is a must have if you're a true fan of hip-hop, 5 star masterpiece, all songs use samples

  • @TheSoulofMischief a-plus has the dope ass flow. They all bring something different to the table that's why they're a good group. You can't say one is better than the other because they're all good

  • I honestly think Opio was the best on the entire Cd.. A-Plus wrecked this song forreal but the other songs his verses are good but nowhere near the quality of Opio's or Tajai's his are kind of basic, Opio has a vast knowledge of wordplay that A-Plus doesn't show most of the time except in Montazuma's Revenge but SoM is still far superior to any other rap group in my opionion. I think they're beetter than the Wu-Tang honestly even though my friends don't think so

  • fuckin dope, i love how a-plus kicks it off.

  • This whole track was bangin' before it's time. Classic. Funny I think Tajai came the hardest on the track.

  • Classic track, classic album. I remember bumping this in high school.

    Listen to the song,"Limitations".

  • i love how everyone agrees A-plus made this his bitch. seriously the first minute and 12 seconds is so sexy.

  • A Plus gets so dirty on this track it isn't even right. :21 to :27 seconds is flawless lyricism

  • One of the dopest tracks in hip hop period. One of my favorite.. Used to bump this like 11 years ago in 7th grade growin up in cali.. Still the illest.

  • this is what I'm always lookin' for on youtube,

    unforgettable beats....word!

  • Man this track is amazing I mean da whole album is jus a classic a tru n one of da best examples of wat real hip hop is all about

  • The GREATEST TRACK DEL EVER PRODUCED, BELIEVE THAT!!!!!!

  • @Jedibateria Don't you dare compare that mainstream piece of trash M&M(his flow is candy, and not in a good way either) to ANY of the SOMs.

  • Comment removed

  • wordplay insane, think where Em got his flow from, on infinite album? hmmm:)

  • This right here is THE SHIT!!!!..not to mention, around the time souls of mischief hit the scene hip hop for the most part was in pretty good hands.I still got this album on cassett!!..S.U.B.--Z.E.R.O.mega1..

  • This Is Real Hip-Hop!!!

  • the reason good hip hop isn't on the radio is because you actually have to think about the rhymes...

  • @hostilerosstyle so fucking true bro.

  • Well said man.

  • @hostilerosstyle your right they want you to fall in line with the rest of the mass brainwashed sheep

  • im 14 and these dudes killed this track man i love souls of mischief wu tang epmd and moob deep

  • A-plus killed it on this track

  • 'If you play with it, riddle it, I'll whittle a hole in your throat and pull out your gizzard'

That line was so ill i guess they felt it had to be partially censored.

  • Never No More Im Clever & Your Never Gonna Score Cuz Im Sure Im Better & Pure//

  • LEATHAL!!

  • the hook sampled here is GangStarr the song is knowledge and the album is No More Mr. Nice Guy. This song is crazy. I going to order this cd right now because it is so fuckin fresh. I used to have it on cassette tape but I havent heard it in years. Oh my goodness. Fire. Never dated either. Production or lyrics. Thats the true definition of a classic. Standing the test of time and this cd definately does that.

  • This is my favorite rap album of all-time. It`s just an opinion but like you said It stands the test of time. That is a fact "93`Til Infinity" never sounds dated. Production and lyrics are so cohesively in sync that it`s unmatched.

  • production is stoooopid. one of the best hip hop albums made. like every song could have been a single.

  • word this album is 2 sick

  • one of the best tracks on thee cd

  • i think so too. this song is soo cool. Lol. i love this song its like tha best next to 93 til infinti. yea.

  • A+ merked the track, Opio cremated it.

  • dope song

  • all of souls of mischief had flow, but i can't front my man A + went in hard on this album.....

son said " haroashamah nogasacci don't copy my manuscript man u slipped your sloppy..."

  • Hiroshima, Nagasaki. I take it you didn't pass English or Geography?

  • those words are japanees not english ya goof

  • and i take it that you have nothing better to do than leave wack ass comments huh?

you cats kill me talkin reckless on the internet ....my advice to you is go to your nearest gay bar located in whatever state you reside in and find yourself a boy toy and invite them over so you fairies can take turns playing the skin flute on each other while watching brokeback mountain

    in high def...

  • "you cats kill me talkin reckless on the internet"....followed by a paragraph of a lame gay joke. Don't hate because you don't know how to spell two famous Japanese cities

  • why do people give thumbs up to lame ass youtube arguments? it's not like either of you is better than the other

  • A+ made it unfair for the rest of them

  • A-Plus out shines opio & tajai so badly on this track, flawless flow

i only listen to the first 1:20 because the rest is lacking its quality.

  • A-Plus outshined everyone else on this CD for almost its entire duration. His verses on this album were far and above the others.

  • i always thought that too, opio comes in 2nd for me

  • A-Plus>Opio=Tajai>Phesto

  • Good opinion but I think Opio and A+ were @ the same lyrical level but only cuz of Op's distinct delivery..

  • @TairyHesticles You're buggin....tajai kills it in this song.

  • @TairyHesticles A-pleezie is a super cool dude in RL too

  • @TairyHesticles

I disagree. A Plus is one of the best emcees ever, but the other cats were great throughout the album as well. It wouldn't be a classic otherwise.

  • @TairyHesticles

Tajai is mad nice. They all shine.

  • @TairyHesticles I really agree, he amazed me with his delivery and intricate rhyme schemes.

  • @ChronicConditions You are crazy dude, the whole song goes hard, not just up to 1:20!

  • @ChronicConditions

A-Plus is my fav but i think my favorite line of this "and that how is g, the skins i cross get tossed like a Frisbee

  • Comment removed

  • @ChronicConditions thats crazy, opio goes hard on this track

  • @ChronicConditions A-Plus did his thing on this album. Especially his verse on Live and Let Live. That`s my favorite verse on the whole album.

  • @ChronicConditions lol same with me, strange somone else has the exact same sense in flow that i like

  • I still bump this - LOL

  • Same era, same coast, similar styles, they were very similar

  • these guyz remind me of pharcyde

  • Just outta curiosity does anyone know are the dudes from Souls of Mischief the same dudes as Hieroglyphics or am I retarded; that's what my buddy told me...

  • ya boy is right...they are in hiero and so was del tha funky and anotha cat that i cant think of...

  • a plus and tahjey(sp) pep love

  • don't forget casual.

  • Yea, its Four of the guys from Heiro.

  • @TairyHesticles Heiro is a crew. Souls is a group within the crew.

  • they from cali!

  • bla bla bla icy

  • '93 get the picture!

  • lmao. that's exactly what i did.

i'm hoping you were as drunk as i am when posting that comment.
