  • Here we are - No more free base were using our cooking spoons

    Hoping to find

    Your vein the first try

  • I remember me and my friends wanting to kick the shit out this little prick.

  • Why are the other Seasons of Silver Spoons NOT on DVD?

  • Three people don't like step-MILFs or man cave mansions.

  • @erichollywood2002 LOL Most epic post I've ever seen on the YouTubes...Hahahahahaha

  • boner! at 0:28 to 0:37

  • Rented season one on DVD from Blockbuster Online, it rules! I wish TV shows could have this feeling today with some of the lessons and morals taught in the same ways.

  • quanti ricordi!!!

  • Erin Gray is so hot loved her in Buck Rodgers

  • Erin Grey had the greatest smile of the 80's.

    I need this box collection!

  • dorkiest theme song in the history of network tv.

  • @setpunk12 - wow, an official ranking

  • i always thought Joel Higgins looked like Eddie Money

  • When I think of Erin Grey I think of Buck Rogers.

  • I love this theme song. Show's from this era seem to always have the most memorable theme songs....

  • It's cool that no one from this show had the bizarre problems that almost the entire cast of Different Strokes and a few other '80s shows had.

Shroder is a balanced, "normal" guy.

    BORRRRRRRIIIIING. No, no. Kidding.

  • Erin Gray! Fantastic!

  • I always wanted the stuff in this show. I thought this house was cool. I feel old...

  • Silver spoon is cheap. I have had a sterling spoon between my lips then.

  • i never liked this, it was posing off family ties, isn't is obvious, look at the guy, hes like michael's twin, its ridiculous

  • @curtismichael14 I think you need to get your eyes checked.

Joel Higgins looked NOTHING like Michael Gross, plus Higgins is younger than Gross.

  • @kgrkid who the hell is michael gross?...i'm talking about michael j. fox

  • i used to love this show.

  • leonard lightfoot has the most epic fucking name ever

  • Erin Gray looks absolutely beautiful.

  • My favorite TV theme song.

  • I loved that train, think about getting in your living room with your Dad on the train, and the massive crayons and videogames everywhere...

It filled my afternoons between homeworks after school, made me dream and wonder about the USA, "is it really like that over there????".

  • The train was the best bit of the whole thing, well the massive crayons and the videogames in that corner as well!!!

Who didn't want to get in the living room with that train? With a Dad like that!?!

A big bit of my afternoon snacks between homeworks after school.

Made me dream and wonder about the USA...."is it really like that over there???"

  • Looks like I wasn't the only one who had a crush on Kate (Erin Gray). :)

  • Erin Grey = the ultimate 80's MILF.

  • This show is exactly like 2 and a half men.

  • Hehe, I was in love with Erin Gray when i was 13 ^ - ^

  • is the kid who played alfonso best known as carlton on freshprince is he gay? he acted like it on tv it was funny

  • Just because he's clean cut and well spoken there's no reason to call Mr. Lightfoot those names either. Over the past 30 years he's guest-starred or starred on more than 20 TV shows, many of them as the "token black" person. The "token blacks" actually helped pave the way for greater acceptance of blacks on TV, so even if it's just in a small way, he's probably helped the careers of blacks on TV today by being that black presence before there really was one on prime time TV. What have you done?

  • @reymatt76 Ive been a t yo mamas house so not much.

  • Listen, I hate my mom, so the "yo mama" jokes have absolutely no effect on me. They're probably all true in faxt. Now, go make love to your new fleshlight and let's talk again in the morning.

  • I love the theme song.

  • I liked the train that went through the house.

  • Being fantasticaly wealthy and privilaged, I really hope that they can "find their way...to-gether, find their way."

  • Holy flashback to second grade. Makes me sad to realize my best days are behind me. Sad.

  • I agree with u..wud love to bac to my early days..an really realize how great they were an wen i always wished i din have to go toschool an do homework lol..i wud do it now..lol

  • Erin Gray!..What a MILF! Yummy!

  • Still is! :D

  • yeah.shed be a real demon in the sack .

  • i like this song

  • Did they get the SAME FUCKING GUY

to sing whos the boss eight is enough and this theme song too.

  • Not a fan I take it.

  • Tony Danza and Steve Wariner sang the "Who's The Boss?" theme to 1990, and Grant Goodeve sang the theme to "Eight Is Enough" - don't know who sang this one!

  • I know who sang this. It was your mom.

  • If that's a crack, you should shut your trap dude - I was only trying to answer a question here!

  • Im pretty sure it was Joe Cocker that sang this.

    Thought I read that somewhere......................

  • @LightningJanitorial Bob Wirth and Rick Howard teamed up to sing "Together" - the theme song for Silver Spoons. I have no idea if they have done anything since or before that and I've never even heard of them. I guess the show didn't do anything for their careers like it did for Rick and Alfonso. Joe Cocker sang the theme song to "Wonder Years" - another sitcom that debuted after SS had already been cancelled. He has a very gravely, yet soulful singing voice that's hard to mistake.

  • Thank you for the education dude.

Joe Cocker does have a very obvious and unique voice. Also obvious is that I was making a joke in saying he sang this lol.

    Again, thanks though.

  • It wasn't obvious to me that it was a joke.

  • I wanted that living room...arcades, train, all of it!

  • the 1st neverland

  • B/w this show and Buck Rogers, I owe my puberty to Erin Gray.

  • Erin Gray was waaay toooo HOT!

  • @pranjalchaubey I thought so too. Even during the Buck Rogers era. She truly was one of the hottest women on TV at that time.

  • man I had a crush on Erin Gray when she was on Buck Rodgers. woah shes was hotttttttt!

  • @pranjalchaubey theres a buck rogers episode called planet of the slave women and if you zoom in and slow down the speed you can see erin grays beautiful pink pussy lips covered in sweat when shes climbing a ladder -- no shit

  • @lowaces Holy Cow! WTF!

  • @pranjalchaubey its no joke, its near the end of the 2nd part of the 2 part episode and they're escaping from an incredibly hot steam room, its an awesome shot and her panties are just dripping wet

  • @pranjalchaubey what happened?

  • @pranjalchaubey She's STILL HOT!!!

  • is that the lady from Buck Rogers?

  • yep

  • i always thought ricky looked like the boy on the cartoon richie rich.

  • i did to

  • P Diddy will sample this

    Because it's so bad-ass!

    Watch!

  • As a little kid watching this show I did want that train set and those video games in my house!

  • I wanted Ricky's bed.

  • They just dont make TV intros like they used to. The 80's had great ones.

  • Very true...most shows don't have a theme anymore..they just go to the action..this gets me teary eyed and takes me back to when I was a kid.

  • me too.. I feel a tear coming.

  • @Gold3n3y3 Yep. I remember MANY of them too because I watched almost of them that were on at the time. I have to say though, after not hearing this song for quite a few years, that the guys voice is hokey and makes me wince a little bit. LOL!

  • where is alfonso Ribero in the intro?? I dont see him.

  • I don't want to see him! But to answer you, this intro was used for the first 2 seasons. Alfonso didn't arrive until season 3.

  • alfonso came later 2nd or 3rd season

  • Comment removed

  • Seasons 1 & 2 were the best... Leonard, Derek, Freddy, JT. 3-5 weren't as good... Dexter, Alfonso. I rest my case.

  • In the second season I did'nt like that they

    replaced leonard with dexter

  • Me neither! Leonard was such an easy-going, all-around likeable kind of guy (especially for a lawyer?). Dexter was stuck-up and boring. Did they really think they were making progress doing that replacement?

  • Out of the stuff they had, how come none of them had anything like an ipod, cell phone, xbox, nintendo wii, or anything like that? Nobody even goes online on this show.

  • jmoon, maybe it's just a guess but maybe it's because *gasp* it was the 1980's!!!!! these things were not invented yet.

  • Well it's an old show...since when did iPods, Wiis, 360s, and the Internet exist in 1983?

  • This was made in 1983? I thought it was made in like 2006.

  • Erin Gray......... Smokin HOT!!!!!

  • hehe i wanted to ricky schroder too, i felt like a rich boy watching the show

  • good theme song, and a very good show, i wanted to be ricky shroeder

  • A lot of 80s TV shows had fabulous theme songs, and I'm surprised more of these never became hit songs in their own right. There were only a few that ever made it on the Billboard Top 100. One that I can think of (off the top of my head) was the theme song from "Greatest American Hero" by Joey Scarbury. I guess back then we were all too busy enjoying the shows themselves that we never took enough time to develop a better appreciation for the theme songs.

  • Don't forget Cindy Grecco singing the theme from "Laverne & Shirley", or the theme to "The Rockford Files", which both were top 40 hits.

  • Is this Gary Portnoy singing this theme?

  • no, the SS theme song is sung by the duo of Rik Howard and Bob Wirth.

Ironically, Rik Howard and Bob Wirth also did background music for another '80s NBC kids sitcom in "Punky Brewster," which that show's main theme song was initially sung by Gary Portnoy.

  • Anyone know if a complete version of this song had been released on a compilation CD of TV themes?

  • erin gray sexy

  • Wasn't she in "Buck Rogers" also... Wilma, I think was her name? Is that the same chick?

  • Thats right, Erin Gray also played Wilma Deering in "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century".

  • I loved that show

  • OH THE EIGHTIES how we love your cheesy sitcoms and weird fashion. I bow down to you

  • Cheesy but Rick Shroeder was so cute.

  • Cheesy 80s goodness....lol. Ah, what memories!

  • Why does their mansion look like some medieval fortress? They probably got some dark dank dungeon below with skeletons and shit chained to the walls....yeah, play that song while they pan the camera over all the poor souls they secretly took!

  • The mansion in the credits looks like the one that Walt Disney's Candleshoe was shot at....starring Jodie Foster, Sir David Niven and Helen Hayes

  • @spudtv it is the same one

  • This was my fave show, I never missed it, i know every show by heart. Ricky Schroder was my hunk/love back in the day.

  • You're a woman, right? lol.

  • Love it!!

  • Love that guitar sound. It reminds me a lot of the sounds of England Dan and John Ford Coley.
