I thought you had a lot of really awesome stuff. There is some serious style to what you are creating and I love that. My only suggestions are: 1) Pixar is really big on originality. They don't just want you to be able to animate they want you to have your own set of ideas. So that opening shot is a big risk

2) The opening needs to be kick ass for companies to watch a demo from start to end, so while i like the build up I would have put some of your more elaborate animations in the front.

Nice Pixar intro, that's gotta become their PG13+ intro and leave that lamp for the G/PG audience. The baby thing was good as well as the monochromatic 3D environment & model renders. Great productivity.

I don't know what your hopes and dreams are. But it's my opinion that a good generalist is usually a pretty crappy specialist. I realize this is old at this point but if you want a specific job say as an animator you should only show animation cut the model turn a rounds and the compositing. And if you really want to get good at something you gotta choose what that is and stick to it. Overall I think your demo reel needs to be shorter 1:30 at most, and that's only if you have 1:30 of awesomeness

it's good, except get rid of the pixar mock. it tells employers right away, you lack originality and creativity. if mock up work is the target job you're looking for, then studios like "family guy" appreciate this. if you're trying to impress pixar, this is flattering to them, but probably one of the worst ways to get their attention. Most companies like to see originality and work that comes from those with ideas outside the box. Some of your work shows originality, lean more toward that.
