If you do a little research, you'll notice that they both released their first EP around the same time in 2005. So you can't determine whether Children Collide sound like British India or whether the reverse is true.

Having seen both bands live, I think British India have a cleaner sound whereas Children Collide prefer more of a raw roughness. So their likeness is minimal and most likely coincidental.
