It's Cardcaptors, a CLAMP anime. Pretty fun anime if you're watching the original and not the one FOX chopped up and then canceled. Not sure if it's from the series or the movies though.

Well it's a remix of a song by Simply Red so it's both easier to download but harder to find... if that makes sense. I didn't make the vid though so I didn't get the song you hear in this vid, but I think any file sharing program would do.
