  • Check out Vets journey home.org for help wih P.TS.D. It literally saved my life. Also check out tadsaw.org ifr you think you could benefit from a P.TS.D. Service dog. Mine is making all the difference in the world to me. Matter-as-fact, she is here in the VA hospital in Temple, TX with me as I go through rehab for a stroke.

  • Ramos,

I forwarded your post to the last email address I have for him.

    Thad

  • @Enconscienator

Thank you. I hope to hear from him. :D

  • Hi, I am a very good friend of Eric. He is my best friend of all time. I miss him very much. Please, if anyone could help me get in contact with him, I would greatly appreciate it. My name is SPC Ramos. I cant let Eric go without knowing about how he is doing. He will know who I am. It is not wrong to have a friend who has been through so much. Much of the army thinks so, but I dont. I miss him, and cant get a hold of him. I dont blame him either. Eric... I miss you man.

  • My son was a veteran of Iraq. He filed a claim for help with his PTSD. He was denied. He used his weapon on hisself. PTSD is a killer! The government needs to get real help, real fast, to the soldiers who suffer with it. Not all wounds are visible!!!

  • This guy is a normal joe. What is experienced is atrocity. This war on terror bullshit is wasting valuable lives, both on our side and the otherside. Instead of building more bombs, how about feeding and housing our homeless instead? How about paying for people to go to college?

  • PTSD is no joke.

  • I can relate to Eric's situation, though I was fortunate enough to have retired without having to deal with the UCMJ. One of the tacit promises the military makes is that it will care for you if you are wounded. PTSD is a wound every bit as much as a physical wound, yet too many commanders and doctors treat it like it's no big deal. These officers betray the men & women in their command and should be dealt with accordingly.

  • Great vid! We need to understand that PTSD is MORE than a mental health issue. Our men/women in uniform are making supreme sacrifices to protect our freedom. They deserve the best we can give them!

  • Free Eric Jasinski!
