yes indeed the translator skiped a lot of details about the oral expression of Chavez, it substracted a lot of the warm within chavez words... he speaks from the hearth, and never reads a speech, sometimes carried some notes with him (at un 2006 i saw himm with some) but those are a lot of papers he use to carry with him, but if you see any of his speeches, he always speaks himself, ever repeat words previously writtten..that means a lot
