The actual Cydia applications that have been downloaded & installed (with a springboard icon) are in "root/applications" and/or "root/private/var/stash/Applications.5FIYXL" I'm unsure if the files in both are the same. But for example, AptBackup, Chronus, Cydia, FontSwap, GBCAD, Installous, etc. are all in both of the folders.
& Some, if not all, tweaks can be found in "root/var/mobile/Library" and "root/library"
Hi iphonehelpsupport, i just saw your vid and am trying to back up my ipod before restoring it. So what your saying is you need to have installed these apps within a day for them to be backed up? Is there another way to backup the files or better yet could you tell me where the .ipa apps are backed up to in ssh. cheers

I used Aptbackup like a jackass and now my original app store apps are lost in the abyss. Must I restore and rejailbreak?! I sure hope there's an easier solution than restoring and rejailbreaking. Let me know asap thanks
so with this does this save all your cydia packages and restore them once it is installed
