  • so the message is get ripped off most of your life otherwise you would never have the motivation to achieve

you know a fair wage is not welfare dependency

this is just more propaganda to rationalise financial greed

  • shucks should have voted for Palin

maybe i would have been paid a living wage in the greatest country in the world

  • I work out too. What are your routines usually like?

  • watch me

  • My son was brought into my life when I was 15 yrs old and it has been a climb since I had him. Montana = Mountain in Spanish so I like to look at this song as "The Good Lord gave us Montana to teach us how to climb" because he has sure done that for me. I am so thankful to have him and have learned so much with him in my life!!!!!

  • Can anybody tell me why half the songs from Lonestar, an American band, are blocked in America.

  • @vince3307 It's because the songs/videos are copyright.

  • Fantastic song, full of hope, faith and positivism, love it, love it!

  • I love "Mountains" as much as any Lonestar song. I visit the IHOP in Seaford DE all the time with my house mates. The BEST Lonestar songs I know of are "Class Reunion", "My Front Porch Lookin' In", "Mr. Mom" and "You Walked In".

  • I HATE VEVO!!!!

  • makes me cry everytime

  • I love IHOP, haven't been there in a while though... I'm gonna be in my cap and gown this year, can't believe it's already gonna happen

  • absolutly LOVE this song!! I just can't get it out of my head!

  • damn i miss country music like this. Waaay too mainstream these days.

  • @Jeremyd2000 Couldn't agree more. The backhome-boy, inspirational spirit has been replaced by mainstream pop nonsense

  • What an inspirational song!!!!!!

  • lord gave us mountains so we can learn how to climb

    words of wisdom

  • Whenever I doubt myself..I listen to this song and it helps me right back up :D

  • everyone has mountains at one point or another, for some it's poverty, or losing someone or something. for me, my mountain is epilepsy and my way to climb that is with the support of my family, and hopefully soon, Yale

keep climbing those mountains everybody, good luck to you all

  • @xPSYCHOxDUDEx Yale is waiting for you; I wish you all the luck in the world and my prayers in getting to that summit.

We all have burdens to carry. That's why Christ told us to follow Him, for with Him, the yoke is light (yes I'm aware I paraphrased a bit there)

  • Come see Lonestar in Southern Ontario musicinthefields.ca

  • i guess 2 haters haven't learned to climb yet lol

I learned to climb at a young age, this song holds so much truth, it is so beautiful

  • A.D.L. , honey this is a big mountain we are trying to get over. I have faith we will make it. You need time but just know anytime you need me to help, I am here . Two are better than one and it really eases the burden. We will make it to the top baby.! I love you now and will until the day the Good Lord takes me home. Yours forever xoxoxoLBPxoxoxo

  • So true! Best Lonestar song ever, and they had a lot of good ones.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG GREAT WORDS I LOVE CLIMBING

  • This song speaks to me so much, because it seems like the last 5 years (and even before that really) have been nothing but mountains. My brother got sick and I couldn't see him for 4 years. My "other mom" and both grandmas died. My best friend moved away. And now I just found out I probably have diabetes. And sometimes it seems like life is just to hard to keep going. You think you can't survive anything else, but then you do and it makes you so much stronger. This is so true! <3

  • @ConcertxxLove amen my family is dealing with my grandma haveing advance cancer and its hard to deal with but we have some good stuff happeing im happy with my gf my sisters haveing a kid and im going 2 be going into collage soon hopefully but i know the struggles ive had them to we all make it fot what we can and thats why it speacks to me to that its telling us keep going dont stop

  • @loxton44 Aw I'm sorry about your grandma. That's really hard to watch them suffer like that. That's what happened to one of my grandmas. :( It does help a lot to look at the positives in life! I'm glad you've been able to find a few. :)

  • @ConcertxxLove ya it dose suck watching but i have a few things helping me 2 keep strong or id feel alone lol but i know im not alone i have good friends surrounding me and an amazing gf

  • @loxton44 That's awesome! :)

  • Fuck Mountains, I lost my girlfriend, my child, my job. Its easy for a millionaire musician to say mountains are hard..a little bit of advice for the delusional out there...Life does really suck, people use you and abuse you, life is really a struggle until the day you die. You live and you die..your really alone. It sucks. You work hard in hopes your boss throws you a bone. You put your trust in another humans hand, and they throw it away. Humans use you and abuse you. Life is so ugly.

  • Im so sorry u are having a bad time.I wanna remember you some Jesus' words:"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world"(John16:33).He told us that life's not easy, but the ones who trust him can have peace, cause in the end He always give us the victory. Now its time to believe in the only hope:JESUS.Hes waiting for u to surrender your life to his will,so He can help you in this difficult moment. Bless

  • @whata86 I will pray 4 u.

i know it sounds weird a complete stranger sayin this but ive been ALOT, but god is in control hes got this, and take it from me im not a millionare or famous,

but u r in my prayers

  • @whata86 With that kind of outlook, it will continue to be. Why do bad things happen to good people? This song is very much about the answer: human beings don't grow when times are easy. When people wish to increase muscle, they lift weights, not feathers. Adversity gives us resistance, and without that kind of resistance and struggle we won't become stronger. Recognize that hardship is an opportunity to strengthen the soul, but only if you choose to push back. Otherwise, it will keep you down.

  • @PersonMan1234 It is not perhaps that humans do not gorw when things are easy. In fact times being easy is a very large challange as we are lulled into letting time pass without concern, then ones that pressed on bad times and enjoyed and trully understood how to take advantege of the easy times, treasuring it but not waiting it are acomplished as well, fighting onward despite triles is truly astounding but dont forget we can only go through troubles know there is something better.

  • @whata86 Perhaps, it offers you love and promases of a wide and eger future and snatches it away without a backward glance. But things like popcicles in summer, laughing untill your side aches, being emberrised and getting angery. The odd things children say and the times you stand in awe of what a single person was willing to do for something. You are not the only person who has lost so much. Dont you dare think for a minute that ive never screamed over losing someone.

  • I love this song. It makes me think about how my mother struggled and she passed away before she could see her work pay off
