This sounds like a confusing matter, maybe you should talk to the city attorney or city manager's office about that sidewalk situation. Something just don't sound right about it, the hospital owning the sidewalk there. Probally there has been something illegal going on with the hospital and the city concerning this property issue in the past on another matter, and now they don't want you guys to have copies of anything there showing you.Somethings just seems a little odd, let me know what gives!
