There's a disconnect between the actor and he person. No wonder his career is uneven. No doubt he is a very talented actor and should be at the top of his field, but his BRAND is confused by his professed strong faith and yet he does some pretty earthy work. He could have chosen to stick to the Hallmark Movie genre, good guy roles, but has chosen to do work like this. No wonder casting directors don't know what they're "buying" when they consider him for a part. I'm confused, too.
If you ask me, this had to have been deleted because of the waitress - she is AWFUL!!!!!!
If it was deleted because of Jim Caviezel, I cannot understand - he is simply one of the BEST actors around - up there at the level of Pacino, DeNiro, DiCapprio - then it is typical liberal discrimination and hatred for a good man and talented actor. Maybe Mr. C needs to consider the parts he takes though, this one certainly did nothing to glorify God or help Caviezel's career as an actor.
@FunkyJunkyDNA5 Back then he was still on his way up. Nothing to do with discrimination. I think Jim needs to keep his mouth shut about his faith but that goes for Tom Cruise and atheists as well. Nobody cares what me, a normal Joe thinks. Why should I care about their beliefs? I just want to watch them entertain me and be done. I could give a crap about their beliefs and personal lives. Hopefully 'Person of Interest' will be a success for Jim.
