They don't measure power, that's for sure. They might measure force, but definitely not power. The bag is not weightless. Force is mass x acceleration, so that explains the "speed" you were talking about.

these machines are just for abit of fun. doesnt really prove anything. i did this when i was 15, weighing 60 kg. i got 902.. its all about technique.

@KurdishBlood01 Yup. To get a high score on those machine you don't hit it directly or hard at all. You have to kind of "graze" the side of it and it will easily get 900 something if you "graze" it hard enough.

@CoBros naa .. not quite. the technique is on how you throw the punch. you have to stand strong ,a little to the side of the machine and throw a hook using all your body weight .. no need for a mile run up cos lol when your running your not strong on your feet, and everyone knows alot of punching power comes from your legs.

Actually there is a difference in the machines

At a pool hall I scored a 698

But at the fan EXPO I scored 436

I'm not gonna lie it did hurt my pride seeing that score since I was bragging to my friends I can land over 600
