@nousernamesworking jets in bf3 are not that fun agreed, but its fun to help your clan in 8v8 matches in jet, contributing to your team and win money and sponsorships.

As a strict flying game, bf3 is kind of poorly made, its the teamwork with your clan to win matches that i play it for, and occasional trolling by owning up and raping an enemy team till they leave. for strict flying i would recomend: DCS A-10C - realistic flight simulator, incredible graphics and DETAILS LIKE HELL

@eightmo actually, if you have played BF1942 and BF2, you would probably think BFBC2 was a really bad game, NOT becouse it was a really bad game, but becouse of the FAR greater games BF1942 and 2, i bought BFBC2 and i was deeply dissapointed, tiny little maps without jets and everything felt clunky and wierd and a very childish attitude ingame aswell, with magic darts and hoaming RPG's

I hope you know that the BFBC2 games are not sequels of BF2 or 1942. Or your just plain stupid. BFBC2 or didnt have jets because the game had ground breaking graphics that would have taken to much bandwidth to play with because they didnt have the technology to lower the bandwidth while maintaining the graphics quality and keeping a steady server. Thats what Frostbite 2 is for. Frostbite 2 not only raised the graphics but lowered the needed bandwidth, which is truly amazing. BFBC2 had big mapsto

The only thing wrong with this game is the jets. The atgm are too under powered so u basically have to defense against ground troops. Jets are basically only good against other jets so there is really no point in having them in this game. I was so disappointed when I found this out. :(

@sidewayswalrus nah, they just scale VERY hard with skill, if your ubergood, you will get results like 140-3 K/D in jet, and rape the entire groundforce + killing all airborne targets very fast, but if your new to flying jets in the BF series you will struggle hard

@burre01: Understandable, have you tried disabling the optimized audio option? its desined for headphone/2channel speaker setup, and is default enabled, once i disabled it, my 5.1 really came to life. and the audio sync issues were fixed in game for me.
