  • thx for answering me!

  • how did you get to the screw under the headphone jack?

  • I don't suppose you know how to un-brick these phones? Do they have some kind of hard-reset feature?

  • did you end up puting it back together?

how about taking that last part off?

    im sure there's a way..

i really need to somehow repair the scratches on mine..

but the marks on the battery im more concerned of.(just needs paint)

  • for the last You have to slide the connector to the logic board sideways through the slit. Then with a small flat head, pry out the battery, and the ear piece. Be careful as they are fragile and soldered . Then Disconnect the ribbon for the camera, and the internals lift out. To get the camera out, you need to gently lift the ribbon upwards, stick your flathead and pry it out of the adhesive.

BTW: I didnt restore it, and I havent tried. Its not worth it for me, I have an iPhone now.
