  • "But with enough elements to put it on that "thing" gray line." COME ON DON'T GO BAD TRANSLATION FOR ME no just kidding.

  • while i thought the game was good, there are some flaws in this game that simply cannot be overlooked, the piss poor translation being the biggest offender

  • Kenji Ito, you did it again!!

  • I dont care if some one hates this its awesome and i love this game (theres always room for lux pain ^_^)

  • One of the best DS games, it's a bit rpg too imo.

  • I just bought this game today and it isn't an RPG it is a JS game which is Japanese Simulation. NOT THAT IT'S BAD! it is actually very interesting plot-wise as depressing as it is. But if you want action then pick another game but if you play games for stories then by all means you must play this game.

  • This sounds like Castlevania!

  • this game is amazing! I hop they make a sequel. that would be making me happy!

  • You know this song is excellent i never played this game but im a fan of rpg sound tracks they have some of the most inventive soundtracks i like this theres abit of bleach in there for a second i was reminded of bleach at 0:50 but its a wonderful song

  • i like atsuki's silver hair!

  • I love this game so much! I do hope they make a sequel. But I haven't finished the game yet. I'm stuck on Yuzi's Silent. I got irritated at it and ended up turning off the game. My DS is a pain. I try to drag the draggy things, and it goes, no. But, anyway, I really love all the characters! Atsuki and Ryo being my favorites. I like Rui too. She seems to be the one who finds out the most about Atsuki, which so cool! And this song, two words, It rocks!

  • Despite the HORRID translation teamwork and sometimes slow pace, I absolutely fell in love with this game.

Beat it twice to unlock everything, and I'm hoping for a sequel... with better localization of course.

Not for people who don't like graphic novel type story telling though.

  • "Let Us Dance Together.......Along The Road To Death!!" Graham was cool

  • The character designs look ripped from persona.

  • The guy in the front looks a lot like the Persona 4 main character

  • Yayoi is a redhead version of yukiko, and natsuki is pretty much a younger and more impulsive rise

  • and natsuki said that's her first time coming to america everyone know kisaragi is in japan!and akira try to speak japanese in front of natsuki it must be otherwise akira name itself is a japanese i hate the turnaround fact

  • Love the parts that sound like a remix of the opening :D

  • Very cool game, with awesome characters and a pretty cool storyline.

My only complaint is the bad translations, and the difference in spoken scenes as compared to the text.

  • 100% agreed.

  • excellent game, bad localisation.....but storywise it's top notch

  • Very cool game, its extremely underated though.

If you liked games like phoenix wright or hotel dusk, this game is a must play.

  • @coolism123 Agree to that!

  • @coolism123 hey,can you tell me WTF happened at the end of Hotel Dusk?I got to the very end..but...I got stuck...

  • @MyKurohime

u want spoilers or game help?

    SPOILERS:

everyone in the hotel is related eventwise

dunning is osterzone, and he painted the angel painting, but got bribed by milas father: robert evans, (kidnapped dunnings daughter) and told dunning to keep painting, and he will give him his daughter back.

  • @coolism123 Well,I've already traded it in..but thank you!I wanted to know and it was killing meh.I got past the part when you're stuck in the room with no air...I died twice. It was depressing.

  • @MyKurohime

haha i remember that place, it was hard

but on the computer was the message after it was uncoded : "Osterzone is dunning"

and then louie comes down and unbars the door, while walking out, you were supposed to examine the wall with the brick on the floor.

then you notice that theres a secret door, where mila/dunning were in.

dunning was trying to get info about his daughter from mila

  • @coolism123 I love Shinji lol

  • @coolism123 I think it is "underrated" because the translation is abhorrently bad. I absolutely love visual novels, but the story is just lost in translation, which is a shame because I had extremely high hopes for this game. The art and music are really good, it is just impossible to grasp what is fully going on. I am not completely bashing the game, I just think it deserved a much better translation. If I knew how, I would rewrite the entire game's script myself for free.

  • I've finished the game and despite the bad localisation (and typos) I thought it was a great game.

Loved the soundtrack as well, the Fort music is stuck in my head.

  • Bad localization? More like terrible. XD They couldn't seem to decide if it was to take place in America or Japan. Much lol-cakes, though, when they did make such errors. It is a good game, though, either way. I must agree with that, even if the typos and errors were killer. ^^;; (Like Nola and her wepic contradictions between spoken lines and the ones written on the screen at times.)

  • Rising Star Games, Marvelous' European branch, will publish this for Europe, as Ignition will publish it for its U.S. release.

*crosses fingers for Lux Sound to be the pre-order bonus for the U.S. release*

  • interesting song... Although I am more intersted in the game.... I should look it up,

becuse I need more DS rpgs to keep track of.

  • this is definitely like final fantasy rpgs. it is very unique. consider it like watching an anime and pressing a button to continue the conversation. and that was not an insult to the game because it is very enjoyable.

  • Interesting, hows the gameplay itself tho?

  • gameplay... hmm. well most of it revolves around scratching(scraping) on the touch screen trying to hunt down worms, then once found holding the stylus down on them for a few seconds. there is supposedly a kind of fight with the silent but i haven't gotten that far yet. a lot of pointing and clicking too. that's about it so far.

  • there's no real walking around involved either. but the story is cool. if you've played trace memory or hotel dusk room 215, it's like those titles a bit. it's not a game for everyone obviously but mainly for those who enjoy great stories and reading lots of stuff. some say it's got aspects of pheonix wright, hotel dusk room 215, and trauma center. overall it;s good so far though
