This film is a remake of a previous one, whose horrifying plot reminded me of something which actually happened in Italy in the 70's; two girls in Rome went through the same ordeal; but the social background of both the girls and the criminals was reverse than the movie and unfortunately the victims were never avenged, neither were they done any justice.

For all who are curious or wondering about what 3guys1hammer is ... just don't even waste time feeding your curiosity ... it's a sick video showing a poor 48 year old man brutally murdered and tortured for over four minutes with a hammer and a screwdriver ... you don't want the images burnt into your head of the man suffering...

wtf? How old are you???? And if you're young enough for nudity and rape to worry your Dad, why wasn't he equally concerned about the extreme bloody violence (the waste disposal unit, the microwave)??? This is why Europeans are, rightly, so confused by we Americans - the US is OK with violence, but freaked out by sex. It's really the wrong way round.

In the U.S. violence keeps getting more and more prevalent, disgusting. And many younger and younger kids are desensitized to ACTUAL murder footage and watching videos like 3guys1hammer online for entertainment or "shock" viewing.

BUT then teenage girls have to feel bad for masturbating or thinking "sexually" because they are made to feel like whores, wrong or just sick if they think that way.

AND, opposite ways, males are raised to be sexist savages.

U.S. needs help.

She wasn't crying at the end. The only suggestion (which was also in the original movie) was that she felt a fleeting twinge of guilt at what her boyfriend had done. It looks as if she's crying but it's the rain falling on her face. The ambiguity, however, is intentional.
