G12H90 is wrong. A fuller range speaker with an amp that unlike the vetta is not designed to be used with such speakers but with conventional guitar speakers
@81giorikas The DT50 works well with the G12H90 and V30. they are the stock speakers in the DT50 combos and the DT50 4x12. Have you actually tried one out, as they sound killer (which is why I chose those speakers)
@lolekebaben I'll try to remember to test that next time I am in my rehearsal space. I do use my POD HD with the HiWatt amp model at very high volumes and get a good clean tone, I'm also certain that L6 wouldn't have made the only really clean amp model in the DT50 unable to do clean with lots of headroom :-)
@plushgarden lol, fair point. I do waffle on a bit... But I find that even if you put the information in the video info people still message me asking me questions, so it's often better to just say it in the vid.
I've tried lots of different mics and it's just not as easy as it seems to mic a guitar amp... I also can't crank it up too loud in my house, meaning that the usual methods of micing never produce amazing results in my house... Mic'ing needs volume.
@ahiotis You can't focus on an amp when the review lacks the three aforementioned qualities. I'm sorry, where is it in stone that I must review the amp? BTW I wasn't talking to you, mind your own business junior.

Less talk. More guitar lessons. Better mic.
