i dont think that you REALLY become happier from having a smaller nose, or a more desired nose then before. Of course you will feel more confident, but i don't think it will change who you are, let alone change your life. Takes a long time for the swelling to go down. Generally aside from removing big bumps its hard to tell people even had a rhino because of the swelling. Can take 3 months to 2 years to see full results.
Her nose was fucked up. I think it looks great now. She is a lot more attractive with the new nose.
Only thing that sucks about surgery like this is its false advertising. If you have kids with something thinking they are naturally attractive. She has genes for an ugly nose.

My nose is similar to her nose. I am Native American, East Indian.. I like my nose love my nostril size and shape but I want a slightly more narrow tip and slightly less wide nose. Is it achievable without adding cartilage?

the nose that she had before wasn't terrible but it did negatively effect her appearance. Her whole face looked so much better afterward. That was great how she was able to become more confident. I hope to get a rhinoplasty my self when I have the money.

Dr Nassif makes a very important point in that it is important to ascertain the psychological status and stability of the patient prior to a rhinoplasty and to also do the surgery in a conservative manner. It is also important to underpromise the patient and make sure that the patient's expectations are realistic. Very nice video

I was led here by a septoplasty video and thought she had breathing problems. But she's only doing it to look "prettier"? I'm shocked, why would she want to fix a functional nose?
The only reason why I'm even remotely interested in surgery is because I cant breathe through my nose and have sleep apnea, I don't care how my nose freaking looks, I just want it to work!! And btw, narrowing the nasal valve isn't really a good idea. Yea I want to fix my nose to do "basic stuff" too, like breathing.

Takes a long time for the swelling to go down. Generally aside from removing big bumps its hard to tell people even had a rhino because of the swelling. Can take 3 months to 2 years to see full results.

Only thing that sucks about surgery like this is its false advertising. If you have kids with something thinking they are naturally attractive. She has genes for an ugly nose.
