Ive considered moving to either Atlanta or Charlotte from the Baltimore area since I hear cost of living is cheaper there then Baltimore and hopefully the judicial system doesnt let people off the hook 9 times out of 10 they commit a crime like Baltimore does. Which is why I wish to move to either ATL or Charlotte.

Your tips are on point. I moved to Atlanta at that age of 21 stayed out there for a year, but things didnt work out. It was one of my best experiences. I would recommend anyone who is young and have no obligations to just move around and travel because you learn alot and meet different people...If your moving out of state SAVE, SAVE, SAVE cuz things happen!!!!
