Ah, so much hate. My internet has been failing me on YT. Half the time I try to load a video in HD or just in general, it loads only part way and then freezes. SMH, YT, SMH. So I watched /part/ of this yesterday. Now I watched it. I'm not a fan of the background song, but I like the families used. Except Morgana makes me want to rage quit. Nathan <3. NATHAN! And Skins :). Still, good job. And thanks for not over-effecting this. It wouldn't fit right if you had :P.
@ChemAttraction I'm not caught up but, being familiar with original lore and knowing how the last series ended... I can guess/understand why you'd wanna rage about Morgana. I've also heard she's failvil.

Over-effecting.... I've still not ventured into effects. :P I am doing some with this next one... *crosses fingers it doesn't turn into a pile of ess* But yeah... this needed to be a very simple vid. Still took me a good 60 hours or so over all. >_<
@MarianFrae This...took you 60 hours? Damn. I remember when I was a n00b still and it took me DAYS AND DAYS AND DAYS to edit vids DX. I just finished a Grudge horror collab part in less than an hour and I matched the beats to Disturbed's song "Prayer'. Sooooo, it's really fast. And 27 seconds long. You'll become a faster vidder soon :P.
@ChemAttraction Wait... is 60 hours a good or bad time. You've left me confuzzled. Once I have the clips I want cut out from the rest of the show/movie... I move pretty quickly. Plugging in and making it work with the beats was about 4 hours of those 60. It took me a long time to decide on episodes, get the specific clips cut, and actually get it saved before my computer died. I had to restart a good 4 times. Marvelous, eh? And now we know why I bought a new lappy.
@MarianFrae He was...buried alive in the last episode. He seemed...trapped. I mean, unless he finds a way to dig himself out. Which I hope is the case. Because if they sealed that bitch, he's doomed xD.
And, well, my picture video took me less than 10 hours. It was 1 minute long but I'm including searching for all those pictures and then I accidentally removed all my transitions and had to put them back on. And I rendered it 2 1/2 times...each one taking about an hour. SO :P. 60 hours is long.
@ChemAttraction Including downloading every episode used but two? Plus 5 episodes and two movies that didn't end up getting used? >> Oh... I didn't include the final render time. I am including all four 45 minute long renders though... because I can't see what's going on without a render. I realize it's still long but... considering all the fricking restarts I had to do... I'd guess this would have taken 14 hours without my laptop failing on me. >_< I didn't even choose to redo it. I HAD TO.
@MarianFrae Eh. *Shrug*. I preview my vids every 20 seconds. And then I go back and re-preview them. Which takes 15-20 minutes each time. Mainly because I don't want to f*ck up something and be almost done and notice it. I'd rather do it at the beginning. Annnd, actually, my picture video took 2-3 hours looking through pics, 2 hours 30 minutes rendering, 1 hour spent previewing, and 4 hours editing. Which includes the 40 minutes of fixing every. Single. Transition. Don't you dl shit as you edit?
@ChemAttraction When there's so much shit TO download... there comes an occasion that you're waiting for something to download because you cut everything else.
Do you preview them in Vegas or is your computer shit like mine was and you have to render it every time you want to preview? Even with only one video and audio layer. 30 minutes per 20 second chunk.
@MarianFrae No. My laptop allows me to preview it. But because I preview it with coloring and motion blur to see what it looks like, it takes a long time. The longest I waited to preview something was like...an hour. I decided to watch tv instead. It took me almost 6 hours to render one of my Legend of the Seeker videos. I mean to render a 2:40 video...that's ridiculous. It was so slow that I would have worried it froze at the end if every 10 minutes I hadn't seen the text move -.-.

I'm not satisfied with it but... I suppose it was bound to happen soner or later--a vid I wasn't satisfied with but posted anyway.
