@ivoandsumi i can do 21 strict pull ups and 9 with a 45 lb plate but I can only do 4 of these on a good day, just keep working on your regular pull ups and weighted ones

"Efficiently" means "achieving maximum productivity"....That is not the case here. The chest and shoulder muscles are being short-changed every time! I can do 45 dips, but after about a dozen "muscle-ups", I would be out of gas... depriving my chest of an efficient set. Drawing attention to yourself, yes. Effective, NO!
Ineffective! The set is going to end when the person can no longer do a pull up. Since dips are about 3X the difficulty of a pull up, the person's chest and anterior delts will never be worked to the same degree as the back muscles. Pull-ups (or chin-ups) should be done as their own movement.....Dips should be done SEPARATELY. Imagine doing a biceps curl, and then quickly leaning over into a one-arm row...with the SAME weight. The biceps will fatigue before the back can be effectively worked.
@Kayzaks I saw the video, but the guy does them strict. I cannot do them like this. I have to use the swing. I have the Guiness Book of World Records, and didn't find this feat in there and it is from 2009. I'm sure people can do 40 to 60 of these using the swing, and if their bodies are well proportioned and thin. I am carrying too much body weight, but I think I still do okay. My point is the swing is very helpful, but you do have to have superior upper body strength, skill and agility.
I used to think these were very hard, but the trick is to let your body swing foward and let the momentum take you backward, then up and over the bar. Now I can knock about about 20 of these..........30 on a very good day.
