I chose this phone over the Nexus. This was my first HTC and im glad I chose it. The HTC 3.5 Sense UI is amazing. Also HTC is currently upgrading there sense software to work with 4.0 ICS. The only complaint I have is battery life on heavy use but thats why im grabbing the badass 2750 mAh extended battery. The Headphones really do cancel out everything around you and they feel like two lil subs buried in your ears. If you like boring go with the Nexus if you want personality HTC Rezound is King
