Judging by the size of those pups, they aren't being starved, abandoned, or in any other way abused. I help raise two litters of the same breed. The first litter hardly made a sound, the second sounded like that all the time, no matter what we did. They weren't happy. They need to get outdoors to play, not be too warm or cold (especially with a lighter coat. With a litter, you need to find the reason for all of them making that much noise. It could be hunger, desire for attention, thirst, they want Mom, they're too warm or cool and many other things. I don't consider that singing. Sorry.

Maybe next time you have ten puppies in your living room that you are caring for around the clock you will figure out that sometimes their impatience is for a reason and sometimes it is simply puppy business. Your hypothesis ruins the fun for yourself and everyone else. Stop being so damn serious and enjoy the singing.
