Hacky Sack Moves : The Over Swoop: Hacky Sack Tips & Tricks

havent seen this since 1992. We kept our foot straight though (no twist). The trick was 3S's

(SLOW SMOOTH STRAIGHT), although it was always an over the head pass starting from a stall even if it looks fluid. The freestyler who taught it to me could also send it straight up 20 feet and spin an catch it in a pass to himself from behind. It was probably the most awesome trick I have ever seen to this day. all u gotta do west49saterdude is lower ur foot very fast, almaost as fast as the footbag's downard velocity, and then ur foot almost hits the ground(or wherever u want to catch it) slow it down to a stop, and dont let it jiggle, or it'll fall off. its all about the dropping of the foot in the beginning though, start from dropping the hack sack right above ur bent knee, then work ur way up, ll get it, just relax

Alright, first off. If you bag is packed or a bead bag. Stalling is pretty much a lost cause. You want a sand bag that is about 3/4 the way full, if the bag is to light the hack will just slide off if it is to packed the bag will bounce. Another thing, when your going in with a stall. You want to go down with the hack. From about waist area, then the hack should be on your foot by the time you get close to the ground. Also dont ever let your foot actually hit the ground. This makes the hack move

with the right form you can stall almost anything. i can stall a tennis ball..you just have to cradle the hac as if it were a glass bong..and yea it does help to get a sand hac
