Hawk kept interrupting your stream of thought and a lot of information that you had started to give the audience got lost because of it. Hawk's voice was horrible with the interruption and so loud, that I think you lost YOUR thoughts and could not finish what you were about to say.
I was hanging on your words and then BLAM interruption, then cliffhanger.
I hated it. Do you have a transcript that I could READ about your talk?
How many human beings could possibly prepare for this type of scenario? The government gave up building Civil Defense shelters decades ago for the common civilian on the street.
Emergency Preparedness, regardless of hardened-electronics in mobile military units, would be swamped by the human insanity of fear-induced chaos.
This scenario is not knew--it has been going on since the mid-forties and the suspension of the Hot War of World War II into the Cold War of The Long War.
