these r great designs i want to make one but im not sure what would be most effective i would imagine the half diamond like the one shown at 0:40 ..couldnt i just grind down a butter knife or hack saw blade or would that be too thick? cuz paper clips just dont cut it u dont get the 'easy access' size and streingth its always one or the other.. dont know if the lock type matters much but i want to use it on deadbolts..

Want to have a pick very quickly? Make one from a paperclip or bobby pin(hairclip). Just make a long wire of iron of it and in the end of it bend it a bit so you can put up the pins inside the lock.

i just had to open one up and decode the pins to make a working key.
