  • Oh wait I see now...first is about Paul. second John third George last Ringo

  • No verse about Paul eh? First is obviously about John an second is about George

  • Cookie was John, George and Ringo's nickname for Billy Shears, the guy who replaced Paul after that fatal car crash.

  • Ringo aparte de ser un gran musico es una persona muy divertida con ganas de bromear y que ve la vida muy alegre

  • Beatles in 1971 if they were not split off: the album was "Early Years" 1. What is Life 2. Every Night 3.Imagine 4.Another Day 5. Apple Scruffs 6. Jealous Guy 7. Maybe I'm amazed 8.It don't come easy 9. Istant karma 10.Deep Blue 11.Eat at home 12.Isn't it a pity 13.It's so hard 14.Early 1970.

  • A great song. Melodic and ear catching!

  • awesome sound quality on this one.

  • this is such a cool song since its all about the other beatles

  • HAHAHA He's so funny!!!

  • ringo´s drumming sound is awesome

  • I just realized this is about the other Beatles...Also cookie is a reference to John Lennon, as he shouts that in a couple songs.

  • Is COOKIES supposed to be a reference to the shout of COOKIE in 'hold on'?

  • @videogamenostalgia

    I think so.....

  • great music

  • ringo`s music style

  • It's Cookie Monster at 0:30

  • COOKIES!

  • Ringo played Guitar Piano and Drums on this one.

  • one of fav ever beatle songs ringo is rock

  • I got Photograph The Best If Ringo Starr afew days ago! I LOVE ALL THE SONGS ON IT!

  • Also this song was probably produced by George, Ringo, and Richard Starkey.

  • Read about the story of this song in the book "You Never Give Me Your Money" by Peter Doggett, there's a few paragraphs devoted to how this song came to be. Amazing stuff.

  • This explain all the love he gave to GPJ and the love they gave him. And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make.True.

  • Beatle friendship. Wonderful.

  • Nice song, it can clearly be seen how unhappy was Ringo with the breakup of the band, even despite all the problems they had. He was also the most active of the four in the effort to bring them back together (for example in 1973 when he invited them all to help him with his album Ringo). Maybe it´s a pity they didn´t...

  • he looks yong at 1:01 !!!

  • ringo is so cute haha!

  • 0:43 best picture ;d

  • :)

God I just moved and now I'm livin' out in the farmland country of PA, USA and I'm surrounded by cows and sheep all the time-so that line never leaves me head ("he ain't got cows but he's sure gotta whole lotta sheep!")....xD McCartney's "Heart of the Country" is another one for driving down those farmland roads ;)

great song by 'Rings' here!, bout' 'The Boys', post-split

    ---peace, people!

  • SHEEP.

  • Beep beep

  • exhibit one against ringo writing It Don't Come Easy. Still cool though.

    COOKIE!!

  • Interesting, John says COOKIE!! like that on "Hold on John". Ringo played drums on that track, maybe it was him again!

  • what album ?

  • just the greatest hits albums

  • I remember having the "It Don't Come Easy" 45 and this was the flip side. Even though I was a big Beatle fan, I had no idea what this song was about till many years later. Great song, yes, George Produced both sides.

  • It´s George on guitar. The song is also produced by him.

  • No Ringo produced this track himself, he also plays acoustic guitar, piano and drums (of course).

  • Well , I have the single and the production is credited to George Harrison but in the Blast from tour past album production is credited to Ringo....

  • @alfson68 no it's not, ringo plays drums, piano, guitar and vocals in this song,

  • thats john on guitar

  • No it is George on slide guitar, Ringo on acoustic.

  • LOL, I love "It Don't Come Easy", and yesterday I decided to listen to this on the original 45. Great song, I tell ya!
