They think they were probably brown but not as dark today. But how are you any more related to them than a white person. Every non African is a descendant of that small group that left Africa. @meandwot Stop giving me this Herodotus and Count Volney, etc. Post some genetic studies already that show Indians somehow have a closer affinity to Africans than other non-Africans. At least if you say that about North Africans or Middle Easterners, you'd have something to stand on but to go and pick a population that's geographically so distant from you and make these connections without any basis is preposterous.
