Thanks for the video, I have a S&W M&P22 which pretty much has the same take down and internals as the Walther(also because it's made by Walther), and couldn't find what way you twist the barrel sleeve off without me risking stripping the threads. Thanks again.
I've been contemplating getting a 22 pistol and after seeing a few video's on the P-22 especially this one, im sold ! I really dig the 5 inch compensated military model, that gun is sweeeet ! I was going to get a Buckmark or a Ruger. The Buckmark had too many small parts and the receiver was held together by 2 screws, it kind of turned me off. The Ruger I had before. I like the military look of the Walther, yet it's as accurate as any other target pistol. I hear it likes CCI Mini-Mags?
A re-assmebly video would be good. I'd like to know how the guide rod tool thing you show works. I have one, but didn't know what it was.. Good Video thanks
omg my dad just gave me one of these. the exact same color! the mag looks like it an hold so many more bullets if that black plastic part wasn't so big. Is there bigger ones? also where's the best place for accessories?
@baalpeteor Sweet!! unfortunately there are no Hi CAP mags for it however, i know u can cut down the plastic on the inside the fit lik 1 or 2 more rounds but i think it illegal to do so.as for accessories , i have not spent much time looking for some for this pistiol ...YET..lol
@stichamp yeah that cuttin down @762full talked about? Perhaps when I get a spare mag I will test that out. There is the drum but that is waaay to big. 13 would have been perfect
I really like this pistol! It has very little recoil and it feel good in my hand. out of 200 rounds i had 2 rounds not fire, within the first 20 rounds or so. after that it was smooth and was quite accurate.i kinda wish it could hold more than 10 rounds per mag but hay wat can ya do. overall great pistol!
i like the p22 but i hat the barrell extension it makes the weapon seen clumsy feeling in my hand like it is completely out of balance. but besides that it is a great one for getting rid of campsite invaders such as skunks and coons.
wassup dude. well congrats on your walther and your XDM. Keep the videos comming and don't forget to save for the other guns. LOL. I DID. the P22 is a really good gun Mine has over 2000 rounds and no probs. I feed it quality ammo no led tip bullets only copper ball or hallowpoint ammo. and it work best with HV ammo 1400 fps or higher. You will love it my friend.

I have this exact same gun, do you know where I can get a shorter barrel and the tools that originally come with it?
elijahpr 7 months ago
This is what I like to see. COMPLETE control over the ownership of side pistol.
The barrel is what I would call a sleeve barrel insert.
need a new barrel just buy or replace thre sleeve. .22.
fantastic

I have not used it without the compensator, however i do not believe it will cause any problems. It should work with a suppressor too.

Nice video! Most on here don't cover the 5" barrel model. I am quite sure the suppressor adapter will work with the 5" barrel as well.
Now how about a video of puttin that thing back together? :-)
P.S. Just bought my P22 a few hours ago, very excited to shoot it tomorrow but want to have the takedown procedure down. Thanks for the vid!
