I'm not saying that this isn't impressive but for 1 rep Max pull up should be done by starting at the top. It's like bench press. You start in a state where u contract your pecs and then you go down to your chest then contract your pec again :)

Some exercises begin with an eccentric movement and finish with a concentric movement (like the bench) and others start with a concentric and finish with an eccentric (like the pull up).
By your logic, one would have to start a deadlift at the top of the lift. And that's not how they are done are they?
not necessarily, you can be lifted up/assisted/whatever by someone else, and do just the easier lowering action - that's usually what you do for negatives
Very good. As a male bodybuilder I used to be able to do pull ups very well and with added weight. As I gained size and bodyweight over the years especially in the legs my ability to do pull ups almost vanished. The big boys 250Lbs+ like Marcus Ruhl admit they can no longer even do one pull up. To get reps they just do pulldowns and once you stop doing pull ups you soon lose it.

law of physics...lol?? you don't need the law of physics to tell the difference. with or without weight, it's harder to do pullups with your legs hanging straight down (center of mass changes). and, she is actually getting a boost...she's pushing off with her feet on the weight. i know because i've done them both ways. it's obvious you don't do pullups, so don't pretend you know what a pullup is like...go try doing them.
You are obviously not very well read when it comes to fysiology and training theory. It shows max strength. She does pull around 160% of her bodyweight. 1RM is a very useful and effective training method used among athletes. Endurance athletes as well as strenght athletes. I do have a video in which she goes for reps without weight, but frankly thats less useful than the weighted ones. Nice to enlighten you.
Do you know anything about strength? Strength endurance, max strength, power? Can you even define those properly? Go check out some of the old time lifters (you know... the one who DIDNT use roids). Those old timers could lift a TON of weight AND looked the part as well.
