Its four years after you statement that it will not change and its still going on, however we are seeing a concerted effort to help and it is having a positive results, in uganda they have for the most part stoped kidnapping these kid, even in somalia you see many of the governments not employe child soldiers it is working bit by bit and yes it still goes on just look at dafur, we still have a long way to go, but because something is hard doesn't mean it not worth doing!, lovely video god bless!

And they don't want to be mutilated or tortured. They are children. CHILDREN. Forced to murder because of where they live.
