This is from 2010, but, it needs work. Its hard to follow along because I can't remember what goes into each well without writing it down, you should explain which well is a positive control, which is a negative, and why, etc. Also explain a small bit of theory about ELISA.
I'm in process of self learning the techniques. Can you tell me more about the elisa that you perform in this video, is it competitive or indirect elisa? When is the sample added to test, is it the TMB-elisa ?? can you give me a more overview about this techniques. What are you trying to do when you select some wells and not other wells? thanks a lot
