my friend he's from peru he recently went somewhere where he bought like 20 of those but it's a lot simpler and made of wood and it has a nail for a point but its still fun and i think its harder to do tricks my friend can lift it up with the string and land it on his hand :D

It won't be commercially released for a good long while. Yoyo Factory Ben on TheYo said it himself, that it was just a special project. Might be released to stores, but no plans yet.
