  • Oh man that was great! I remember Zelda! That Bonkers lady was real popular. I have 80's comics with her cartoon Bonkers ads. Funny how they never show you the graphics of those mini arcade games.....Anyone remember Donkey Kong Cereal?

  • Raisins suck but those 80's commercials actually made you want to eat them

  • Someone please shove a Bonker in Obama's mouth. Nothing good comes out of it anyway.

  • Wow I had 4got all about the Bonkers gum I remember that commerical Lol

  • not a child of the 80s i take it

  • wow.....

i remember this stuff,i feel old.....

  • BONKERS WERE THE BOMB DIGGITY!!!!!!!

  • now i know why i still cant tie my shoes

  • "Precious Places" were my favorite toys when I was young- 1989 and 1990!! Check them out and "like" them on the new Facebook page!

  • The Legend of Zelda is NOT weird.

  • So I was a weirdo because I liked things in the 80s?

  • I remember eating bonkers and being vaguely disappointed that giant fruit didn't fall out of the sky

  • My friend broke my strech armstrong :(

He tied it to a car bumper and to a tree.

Not even Stretch Armstrong was strong enough for that :(

  • my youth in 3:34 seconds.... :)

  • I loved the 80s.

  • I was a california raisin for halloween years ago!

  • i've got money for anyone who has a mint pair of size 10 ZIPS !!!

  • This video is terrible, your opinions are shit.

  • 80s are so weirdddddd

  • This is REALLY cool to look at, and I'm only 15! I've been looking at videos like this for a few years now, and it strangely brings back memories if I existed in the 80's. I was born in the mid 90's!

  • @liv22696 Im 9 yrs old and the 80s is my favorite generation. in my opinion the

'groovy" 80s generation is better than modern society bc of the fashion, commercials, arcades, games and toys.

  • oi

you must be a fag for calling this cool stuff weird your the weird fag for not liking them haha

    wanker

    the end

    :P

  • c mon the guy who did the voice for the crypt keeper table top arcade bonkers what about the gum with the liquid in them

  • the rasinets commercial reminds me of the speed demon vid, by mj

  • I remember all of these things first hand. My brother had Stretch Armstrong. It could stretch a REALLY long way, but one day we stretched it too far and it split down the chest. It was full of some weird jelly stuff. The table top arcade games are lame by today's standards, but back then, they were pretty cool. You could finally play the games at home without having to go spend quarters at the arcade. It was either that or Pong.

  • Aww I miss Zelda.

  • I despised the California Raisin commercials back then and I see they are just as bad to look at now.

  • ok...the Zelda commercial was a bit scary!LOL I never saw that commercial when I was a kid, but the game was so cool... still have my original Zelda game with my original Nintendo system!!! :) The 80's rocked!

  • all these comments make me feel bad about my self 'cause I never got to experience the 80s or early 90s

  • i remember those bonkers commercials and still have them playing in my head sometimes with the giant fruit

  • What about unzips?....When if you didnt do your chores your dad made you unzip his pants and shove his meat down your thorat till you puked on his nut bag. HAHAHA!!!! You fuckin cunts.

  • I feel like klipstein liked anal sex from his uncle in the 80's....so yeah I guess thats pretty weird.

  • Whatever, tabletop arcade games were awesome!!! Well, if you had parents cool enough to keep buying all the damn batteries those things ate up. I had about 5 of them and they were awesome.

  • haha dancing raisins + Marvin Gaye "Heard through the Grapevine"=epicness

  • How he do that hurr

  • Pea Pea HATS

  • PE PE PENUS!!!! 3:17

  • i loved Bonkers candy wish they still made it =-/

  • Zelda?? really..it made the game look lame..poor Zelda he is not at fault...

  • Stretch Armstrong: Proof women shouldn't get too much plastic surgery. Look how it affected that baby!

  • If you are going to label a particular era, at least get its content to correspond with it, that's all.

  • ooh I loved the California Rasins cartoon!!

  • table top video games were not lame! Had pacman & galaxian, were my favorite toys as a kid... i've even bought them again recently as collector items..

  • this was the later version of stretch armstrong, with the huge head

  • Nintendo... I remember the Mario 2 posters up at the corner store still. That game weirded me out.

  • kids that wore zips then are gay now

  • HAHAH! My school band and I are doing the heard it in the grapvine raisins in the halloween parade. yep. we are honestly dressing up like raisins and playing instruments xD

  • I remember ALL of those things, great video! That bonkers commercial used to freak me out as a kid! I wanted one of those Colleco video games soooooooo bad, never did get one! Great video, thanks for the memories.

  • My Stretch-arm-strong snapped.

  • Comment removed

  • Tabletop arcade games lame? Try telling that to a five year old boy in 1982. I wanted one of those so badly. Ha,Ha,Ha.

  • God those raisons are bloody scary DX

  • The bonkers look similar to hubba bubba bubblegum

  • the 80's were a terrible time!!! it was the start of complete utter shit music

and well this is also prove of how shallow and terrible that decade was and the worst part is the 80's are still going on there is still utter shit music!!!!

please bring back pink floyd and the doors or other real music!!!

  • @bazazabaz that's too bad because it looks like the 80s are kinda back

  • my dad used my stretch Armstrong to replace the broken recoil-er for the garage door

  • i like fresh coffee beans

  • wow, does this bring back memories. Bonkers sucked but those Coleco games were great. And the Zips- we used to sit in school assemblies and drive the teachers crazy fastening and unfastening the velcro.

  • 0:20 LOL I had one of those!

  • LMAO THE RAISINS!

  • The zelda add was really freakn weird, but the adventure really never did end haha. I still love that game. some of the new ones are lame.

  • Stretch Armstrong was and is still the shit.

  • @PleaseShakeWell The stretch armstrong shown here was the later version. I had the original one that didnt have such a big head and grin. I also had stretch monster.

  • Respond to this video... Are you kidding about the mini arcade games?! Those things were the shit. You gotta remember the ONLY way to play video games was you either had an atari 2600 ( which not allot of kids had ) OR you had to get your parents to take you to arcade in the mall and give you money. Having one of those little mini games really helped allot of us.

  • I should sue the makers of Bonker's candy, i didn't have any giant fruit fall on me when I ate it.

  • dude those table tops were cool ... i had Galaga ! the california raisins and Spud McKenzie was cool man ! Zelda was the shit , but that commercial was terrible LOL !

  • the best stuff ever , great clip ... i loved the 80's and 90's.

  • Even as a kid I remeber that stretch arnstrong commercial and my exact words were "GAY"!!!!Bonkers WERE tight!Yeah the rasins commercials were funny at first after awhile they just irritated the hell out of me.I'd f*ckin kill for one of those old school donky kong or froggers!Zip sneakers AH HA LMAO! I had a suave pair, mine had a f*cking poket on the side to keep/hide/stash your money! I thought I was a straight pimp!

  • @sbr76 hi-5

  • i miss bonkers

  • stretch armstrong was so cool!!!

  • ......the zelda dude scares me.....

  • Stretch Armstrong debuted in 1976.

  • Bonkers rocked--so did my Ms. Pacman arcade game :)

  • hahahaha

  • i totally want zips !

  • i had a stretch armstrong type doll in the early 70's that was taken away from me and the toy was discontinued because some kind of substance in the doll was poisonous. And yes, zips and the strecth dolls were from the mid 70's. I also had a Pac Man table top from Coleco. They were almost as expensive as a whole atari 2600 console.

  • Stretch Armstrong and Zips were originally from the 70's not the 80's.

  • The stretch shown in this video was the 90's version of stretch armstrong...

  • lol shouldnt he be shouting link not zelda

  • Zelda is the princess, Link is the guy with the sword

  • i no

  • i had a strech armstrong but the wanker broke :(

  • Are you sure the first two were from the 80's? I remember those, and I'm a child of the 90's.

  • Nah that stretch they showed was the 90's version of it....

  • Trippy

  • Where's the lame part? All that stuff was badass! Those commercials were much better than modern ones. Good times.

  • When I was 8 I had the Donkey Kong, jr. take home arcade. What memories man. Takes me back to living in new york circa 1984

  • super fruitah

  • was that eraserhead or kramer?beakman perhaps?

  • table top arcade was the father of the game boy

    isn´t??

    : o

  • Double FAIL! Stretch Armstrong was not from the 80's or 90's, it originated in 1977. I grew up in the 80's, i'm glad to say that i never bought into any of the gayness related in that video.

  • The Stretch Armstrong in this video is a 90's re-release.

  • Yes... On my "entertainment system"

  • that stretch armstrong is from the 90's

  • The original Stretch Armstrong was from the seventies.

  • "You know why Bonkers is so super fruitehh?"

    Crazy old lady!

  • I had the q-bert take home arcade, good for the car and my parents ignoring me.

  • Zipz-"Z" straps from Sketchers!

  • Yum! Hubba Bubba max! This is nothing like that candy I liked in the 80's!

  • wow esa última parte fue muy loca!

  • bonkas looks like hubba bubba

  • You know why Bonkers is so super fruiteh?

  • since when is blue gray a flashy color?

  • your blue text comments are annoying

  • @z0rgz0rg

I'm noticing more and more on Youtube videos that people are adding their own comments and opinions to the videos and its pretty annoying, I agree.

  • This brings back memories. Even if it is brought into a negative light by someone who never got to experience the 80's.

  • well sorry, but one day people are gonna look back on the 90's and up till 2003, and are going to make a video like this. And then I'll have a comment just like yours on that vdeo

  • Hats off to you. I agree with what you have to say. Man I feel old.

  • @ReloadXD6 if you're only 29 now, then you didn' get to fully experience the 80's either, only the mid/late 80's.

  • Yeah I was like...huh? But I loved the 80's. Oh I hated the 90's (no offense to anyone). I literally just hated it so much that 1991 I said f*ck this and just kinda walked out of my head...then came back in 1997,lol. Weird things people liked...this was normal you should have put jenga, cabbage patch kids, GARBAGE PAIL KIDS. Dude do a part 2 to this and put up the Garbage Pail kids MOVIE. Yup they made it so traumatizing to be a child in the 80's, roflamo.

  • me too!! I didn't like the grunge 90's!! I miss the 80's!!

  • @DictatorOfWaR The 80's look awesome, modern society sucks. I wish I lived in the 80's!

  • stretch armstrong wasnt 80s you idiot

  • well I wasn't born in the 80's either so shut up douchebag

  • Comment removed

  • ha douchebag thats funny =p

  • If you are going to label a particular era, at least get its content straight, that's all.

  • my strech armstrong broke :(

  • Those table top arcade games were FAR from lame.

  • Oh, but I still like the Zelda game, of coarse!

  • That Zelda one kinda made me scared.

  • ah, this collection is from X-Entertainment. I love that website.

  • OMG!!! The table top arcade! I had the Pac Man. That is too funny. Back then we thought they were the coolest thing. Until Nintendo came out. LOL

  • Stretch Armstrong was originally released in the 70s. I got one for Xmas in 1976. They were rubber filled with petroleum.

  • Stretch Armstrong was out in the 90's, not the 80's

  • Nintendo baby! Some of the games in that system still beat the crap outta the stuff made today. It wasn't about graphics, but about playability.

  • bonkers were yummy.

  • ooo i miss the 80s
