  • Could it be that I hear Mark Arm? Wait a second...Layne, Jerry, Chris and Mark in one song? Overloaded with awesomeness...

  • You can feel Chris Cornell's presence like a hand grenade exploding in your cereal bowl.

  • No one will ever come close to being as great as Layne he was so Fucking awesome! I have listen to AIC for the past 10 yrs almost everyday through good times and bad just gets better as the years go on the music just speaks to you even more when your high.

  • such a good album

  • @byff2323 What a shame man :(

  • I wish that someone would just shoot the person in charge of the pop scene, and bring in Sub Pop records in and bring this era back

  • Ugh.. Alright man.. This is the reason I've always wanted to be living in the nineties, just stuck there.

This is music, you can feel it. Feel it through you and duuude. It's just immaculate.

  • @panterababe23 The Ninties, In Seattle. I movewd to area in 97, right at the end. Bummer.

  • @byff2323 Only good thing about Seattle is the music of the early 90s

  • @dentyne21888 I had a good time there. It does have its disadvantages, I'd be lying if I said it was perfect. But I do remember right after I got ther one of the local radio stations actually had a funeral for Grunge. I haven't been there for a few years. For a lot of folks living there can get to them, that's why they leave. Speaking for me, it was a good place to spend my early 20's.

  • Yes, and Chris Cornell.

  • Is that mark Arm from Mudhoney singing?

  • so many great vocalists in this song

  • I love Sap and I love this song; it's so peaceful! =D

  • The amount of heroin that would have been consumed if Alice Mudgarden had made any full albums and toured would kill all of Switzerland.

  • Awww the only thing it's missing is Mark Lanegan... But really, it's awesome.

  • Agreeing so much it hurts dude!

  • We aint right, Motherfuckers!

  • Mark arm you crazy son of a bitch

  • I think cornell and staley should of made a couple albums together. They would have been the shit

  • the best days are behind us

  • The combination of Jerry, Layne, Chris, and Mark Arm's voices harmonizing together is fucking amazing.

  • And apperently "Alice Mudgarden" Created this song. They were going to make actual albums but "Alice in chains" "Mudhoney" and "Soundgarden"All became big so the idea faded. Thumbs up to those who thinks it would have been an awesome band!

  • Who is the one who starts singing at 2:30

'It's hard to believe that somebody tricked you........'

  • @ButSomeone Chris Cornell from soundgarden. The singer for Mudhoney is also singing in this song.

  • @ButSomeone

    It's Chris Cornell.

  • One of the greatest songs of all time period.

  • Alice Mudgarden should've stayed together

  • Cornell just rips through it like butter!

  • This music takes me back to good times and getting wasted with good friends.

  • so much more fulfilling to penetrate thick thick skin than easy skin :)

  • RiP layne.... much love

  • I cry of joy, when will that fucking time machine be created already?

  • You Guys don't know Mark Arm is also singing here?

The credits go to Alice mudgarden

  • pretty awesome songs Alice in chains was and still is the best Layne is awesome

  • 1:29-1:53 I'm pretty sure it's Chris Cornell in the background harmonizing with Layne. Surely one of the best grunge moments!

  • Cornell and Layne together is like an orgasm.... now if they threw in Maynard Jame Keenan... it would be like a multiple orgasm....

  • pretty much taken from the intro to this song.......

    Protector - Mortuary Nightmare

  • way too excelent song , i listen to it everytime and in every mood ... pretty chillin' kickass alice in chains's song

  • Lord, take me back to 1993 and leave me there.....

  • @aSafePlaceToHide I hear you brother. God I was still in HS.

  • In this era, who can remember any type of harmony with all of these greats, better than this. Chris Cornell, Layne Stayley, and Mark Arm, with the perfect compliment to this musical movement.

  • not a real confidence booster this song... but if it isn't right... hit the road running...

but when Chris starts singing... it feels right...

  • I love Chris... Cornell, Ann Wilson, Alice in Chains... unbelievable sound...

  • this whole album is awesome!!!

  • It aint right.

  • when does mark arm sing?

  • He sings the really deep, low part.

  • Mark Arm wipes definitely steals the vocals here, especially over Cornell. Perhaps Cornell was getting more highlights in his hair at the time

  • heard that Sean Kinney had a dream about calling their next album (EP) SAP, the rest of the members did not decide to test fate, what a smart band, all of them.

  • that was on alice in chains bio on wikipedia...

  • ah ya thats probably where I read it Im a nerd like that

  • absolutely i do love this song! so clear, smooth, but deep and biting

  • I think Chris Cornell and Layne Staley are the two best singers in rock history.

  • i love the whole song but when cornell starts screamin, i get the chills. nobody does it better. i always say he's just showin off when he's singin burden in my hand. wished aic could've gotten cornell for their new album. they can never replace layne but i would've liked to see what cornell and cantrell could've come up with.

  • wouldve been awesome man

  • they replaced layne with a really good singer

  • layne wasn't replaced. like your brain, he's dead.

  • FUCK YOU, LAYNE IS LEGEND
