for those wanting to unlock every level without needing to complete them, I found this in a forum:

Edit the file driverEvas.dlu, found at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\i­-fluid\Res. It is a plain XML file that you can open in Notepad. Change finished="NO" to finished="YES" for the levels you want to unlock, and also change fTime="0.0" to fTime="1000.0", so that the best time will be 16min 40s, which is a time you can easily beat.

How are you meant to jump in this game? The controls set it out as if you press the left mouse button but that doesn't work >.>

Ive tried getting run ups and also pressing both mouse buttons at once but still doesn't work. -_-

You can only jump once you reach a certain stage in the demo - when you first begin, you can't. Are you sure you've reached the jumping part?
