I lived in Victoria for two years, and found the homes all grossly over priced. There isn't even employment in Victoria which pays enough to purchase the homes there. Only the people bringing old money from places like Ontario can pay the high costs of purchasing a home in Victoria. Some people move to Victoria for better weather, but when I was there it snowed, and we'd also experienced twenty-eight days of straight rain. Victoria is not what the denialists claim it is.
