Im guessing its the Question mark painted on the walls or ceilings. Notice there isn't a dot of the ?, find it and align the two to look like a ? then scan it.

if you get all the riddler interview tapes in one of the recordings the riddler says where he will go when he brecks out of arkham so it was really his fault

@GodNiAs soon as you walk into the Warden's Office, look up, above your head is an area where you can grapple. Go up there and on the right in between is a Joker teeth, now start moving forward and you will find the other 2.

@camweb234 There should be a Literal mode that you unlock by getting all Riddler things. It would time you to see if you could do the whole game (no Riddler things) in less than 8 hours total.
