This is a great talk by Joss Whedon. Don't know why there are so many hateful comments that have nothing to do with the actual video.

I don't know anything about this organization, but I'm a Buffy/Whedon fan and consider myself a feminist. Our culture is permeated with misogyny and this man has the balls (so to speak) to stand up and talk about it.
