I know i'm going to get flamed for this, but adhd doesn't exist. 99.99% of the people 'diagnosed' with it are merely a product of our current age. When you're bombarded by TV, the internet and music (very often all at the same time) which streams info at absurd rates what's going to happen when you sit in a low rate setting (ie. school)? You're used to multitasking five different tasks, so you get bored and your mind wanders. Stop hiding behind a quack medical diagnoses.
