unfortunantly probably not, Palkia has higher speed and it's dragon type makes thunder not super effective so two spacial rends win :P

@liamrules99 WRONG. Thunder does neutral damage. Even a max special attack kyogre with choice specs will only do 75% max. Palkia has the speed advantage. Palkia can also use thunder. Basically Palkia is guaranteed to 2hko kyogre. The ONLY chance kyogre would have is if it got luck and got a critical hit.

Swampert: High HP and Attack, good Defense and special Defense, highest stat total of all startersa and only one weakness.

Empoleon: High special Attack and special Defense, excellent typing (Steel is my favorite type) and good Defense.
